Our strong relationship with Scouts, Scouting Directors, and General Managers, along with careful research, allows us to customize a plan that will meet realistic goals for each player.

Salary Arbitration and Free Agency is an integral part of the services we provide. It is crucial to maximize value during the course of his playing days. We pride ourselves on hard work and preparation, which are imperative to success. In over 25 years we have negotiated over $400 million in Major League contracts and prepared numerous salary arbitration cases.

MARKETING

Each BASH Client will be provided with an individualized and comprehensive marketing game plan based upon an in-depth understanding of the client’s priorities and overall marketability. BASH Clients have contracts with companies such as Nike, Under Armour, New Balance, Wilson, Franklin, Louisville Slugger, Pepsi, Topps, and Panini. Opportunities exists to earn compensation off the field with endorsement deals, and BASH will work to secure marketing deals for each and every player.
